Production
Our production department also draws on over 10 years industry experience, to make sure your order looks exactly as you expect it.  We will forward an order acknowledgement and artwork approval before proceeding with your job.  For a small fee, we can provide you with a pre production embroidery swatch or sample, if required.
Upon approval of the sample or sign off of the order acknowledgment and artwork, your job will go into production and you will be kept up to date on the progress of your job.  Production will make sure your job arrives on time and you are 100% delighted with it.

Accounts
Our accounts department is here to help you.  We like to delight you with your orders and in turn we like to be delighted with payment of our invoices.  For your convenience, you can pay by direct deposit, credit card or cheque.  The only thing we ask is you please pay your invoices promptly.
