We will gladly supply unbranded samples to a maxiumum quantity of two (2) of any product range. However there will be a charge (as we have to pay for samples).

Samples will be charged at quoted price on lowest price break plus GST.

Samples will need to be paid for before despatch. We will happily credit the cost of the sample back when the order is placed.

EMBROIDERY SAMPLES
Embroidery swatch samples will be charged at the digitise/setup charge plus GST and will need to be paid before the swatch is done. We will happily credit this back when the order is placed.

PRE PRODUCTION SAMPLES
Pre production samples will be charged at the agreed price and will need to be paid before despatch. This amount will not be refunded.

FREIGHT
Freight will be charged at cost plus GST and will not be refunded.
