MANAGING ORDERS
 

Our friendly professional team will attend to your phone, fax or email enquiry promptly.  You can visit our showroom, request a sample, or we will come to you. Using our vast industry experience our sales team will guide you to the most cost effective solutions and a quote will be emailed to you complete with a colour picture of the chosen product or products.

On acceptance of the quote your order is forwarded to production. Production will email an order acknowledgement and artwork approval for you to view, sign off and fax back. Once you approve the order and artwork, relax in the knowledge ad-logo is committed to delivering your order.

The accounts department will forward an invoice via email, fax or attached to your goods. You can pay by direct deposit, credit card or cheque.
